1. Services

Mazhar The Web Guy ("I", "me") provides custom website design and development services using WordPress and Elementor, as described in the Starter, Growth and Scale packages listed on this site, along with related services: maintenance, WooCommerce setup, and white-label build work for agencies.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Pricing for each package is listed publicly and confirmed in writing before work begins.
• A 50% deposit is due before work starts. This deposit is non-refundable once paid — it reserves your project slot and secures the timeline.
• The remaining 50% is due once the site is ready to launch, before it goes live or is handed over.
• International payments are accepted via Payoneer payment request. No account is needed on the client's end.

3. Revisions

Each package includes two rounds of revisions during the build, covering adjustments to work already scoped: colours, copy, and layout changes. Requests that add new scope — an additional page, or a feature not originally discussed — are quoted and billed separately rather than counted as a revision.

4. Timeline

Estimated delivery windows (Starter 7–14 days, Growth 14–21 days, Scale 21–28 days) begin once the deposit is paid, and assume the client provides requested content (text, images, logins) and feedback within a reasonable time. Delays caused by the client extend the timeline accordingly.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide website content (text, images, branding assets) in a timely manner, and to respond to requests for feedback or approval within 3 business days, to keep the project on schedule.

6. Cancellation

If a client cancels before the site is complete, the deposit is retained and no balance is owed. No work is delivered or transferred for incomplete, unpaid projects.

7. Ownership

Full ownership of the completed website, including design and code, transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment. Before final payment, the work remains the property of Mazhar The Web Guy.

8. Hosting & Maintenance

The one-time build fee does not include ongoing hosting or maintenance. These are available separately as a monthly care plan, described on the website maintenance page.

9. Confidentiality

For white-label or agency partnership work, client and end-client information is kept confidential, and is not disclosed or claimed publicly without written permission.

10. Limitation Of Liability

Liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. I am not liable for third-party service outages — hosting providers, plugin developers, payment processors — outside my direct control.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
